Semantle is a novel word guessing game in which the players rely not on letter placement or spelling, but on meaning – i.e., the "semantics" of the word. The game challenges the ability of association and think above the level of standard word games.
Semantle picks a secret word daily. Anybody enters an English word that you know, and the game gives you a "semantic similarity score" – how close the meaning of your guess word is to the secret word. Guesses can be made in infinite numbers, but the more sensible your guess, the closer you are getting.
