Spellie is a word-guessing game each day, and using the least possible number of attempts, one has to find the secret word.
There are three daily puzzles with increasing difficulty: easy, medium, and hard. The easier ones feature words from second-grade vocabulary, while the more challenging ones employ language from fifth grade. There are six quacks to guess the secret word, which is heavily dependent on feedback via colored boxes that will help narrow down the choices. Green shows that the letter is in a proper position, yellow shows the correct letter but at the wrong position, while gray shows letters not included in the secret word.
To play Spellie, simply type words into the guess box and get feedback about those words from the game. Use the colored boxes to inform the next guesses, trying to get to the secret word in under six guesses.
