Gordle is a word puzzle game for hockey fans, based on the popular game Wordle. Instead of guessing regular words, players have to guess the last names of NHL hockey players. In the game Gordle, players are given a grid of letter boxes and have to figure out the last names of NHL players. Each time they guess, they get feedback on whether the letters in the last name are in the correct order. The game can be challenging because players can only guess five-letter last names, and these last names can belong to current or retired players.
